Age 11 – 14

This activity puts the FUN into FUNdamental movement skills using a play-based method to getting in shape this summer.  Athletes can anticipate drastically increasing their movement repertoire doing a combination of dynamics, accelletory running drills and core exercises accompanied by exciting combination of various sports and action packed games. We offer this program either by week, or the entire 4 week session. Offered through WH Leisure Services. Register
