While 2-4-1 Monroe Spring Break will be held at Jockey Hollow Middle School (with Fawn Hollow as an indoor space a well), camp is open to all children going into Grades 1-9 regardless of the school they attend or the town they live in.
2-4-1 Sports is rooted in PLAY! At 2-4-1 Monroe, children have the opportunity to sample multiple sports and learn for themselves how playing one sport increases their ability and confidence in another. While many specialty camps are filled with laps, lines and lectures – at 2-4-1 Sports we focus on getting kids moving and playing all day. All attendees play at least 3 sports each day and we encourage all campers to try at least one sport they’ve never tried before. “Life’s 2 Short 4 Just 1 Sport” is more than a tagline for us — it’s a cultural shift that drives our programs to help families recognize that a lifelong love of activity starts with a diverse, play-filled childhood.
At this camp, no special equipment is required as it will be provided by our staff. Children just need to come ready to play each day!
For Boys and Girls Grades 1 to 9 (fall of 2022).
- Just a typical day at 2-4-1 Sports:
- (keep in mind this is just a sample – your day will depend on your sport choices).
- This sample schedule is for those going into grades 3-9. Those going into grades 1 and 2 will follow their own schedule in the Junior 2-4-1 program.
For boys and girls going in grades 1 and 2 (Spring of 2022)
While the times and dates of Junior 2-4-1 are the same as our traditional camp, the programming itself is age-appropriately different. In keeping in line with the “2-4-1 Crossover Effect” – we see it as so important that these youngest athletes crossover to our traditional program having had the most positive of experiences. With that in mind – our staff focuses on infusing skill instruction into serious fun! We want their first introduction to multiple-sports to be one where they leave asking for more! Junior campers don’t choose sports – we bring the sports to them!
Before and After Care is available for those families that may need to drop their camper(s) off early or pick them up late in order for them to be able to attend camp.
All campers will be supervised by a member of the 2-4-1 Staff and have the opportunity for continued play. Pick up and drop off locations will be communicated to families as it sometimes depends on weather conditions.

After care: 3:00-4:30 ($50 for the week)
