About Camp

The 2-4-1 Philadelphia camp is a comprehensive Physical Literacy Development Program for students Grade 3-9 that blends the traditional 2-4-1 Sports camp model of sport sampling with TOP Self™ social emotional learning and character skill development.

2-4-1 Sports is rooted in PLAY!  At 2-4-1 Philadelphia, children have the opportunity to sample multiple sports and learn for themselves how playing one sport increases their ability and confidence in another. While many specialty camps are filled with laps, lines and lectures – at 2-4-1 Sports we focus on getting kids moving and playing all day. All attendees play at least 2 sports each day and we encourage all campers to try at least one sport they’ve never tried before. “Life’s 2 Short 4 Just 1 Sport” is more than a tagline for us — it’s a cultural shift that drives our programs to help families recognize that a lifelong love of activity starts with a diverse, play-filled childhood.

At this camp, no special equipment is required as it will be provided by our staff. Children just need to come ready to play each day!

2-4-1 Sports is a signature program of 2-4-1 CARE, Inc -501c3. To learn more about 2-4-1 – click HERE.
