(Please note that we are using Athletic.net for our events. Even if you have a prior account linked to your school, we ask you to create a new account for this series as all runners must enter "unaffiliated")

Entry fees are $20.00 for first event, $10.00 per event thereafter up to a total of four.

If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, while entry fees are not refundable, they can be transferred to a subsequent meet.

Spectators

While we will not be limiting the number of guests participants can invite, we do ask that you try to limit to no more than two.  Masks will be required to be worn at all times by spectators and athletes not warming up or participating. While we are not charging an admission fee, we would ask that spectators consider donating to cover the cost of putting on these meets by clicking HERE.

Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) will be provided courtesy of Ellington Timing.

The meet will be live-streamed on the Hartbeat Track Club website
