Sport Choice Definitions
Life's 2 Short 4 Just 1 Sport
While most of our Sport Choices don't need explanation, we realize a few of our names do.
Universal Sports: Campers love that they never know what they'll get each day. Each year it varies and often involves community partnerships. Maybe its golf offered by First Tee. Maybe it's fencing offered by a local club. Or the Israeli dodgeball game known as GaGa. Whatever it is, you can rest assured, it's incredibly fun and the skills learned crossover to our traditional sport offerings.
Groove and Move: When 2-4-1 first started, it seemed that every day as soon as we put music on, the entire camp broke into a dance party! We took the hint and now offer this "rhythmic" and highly athletic activity!
Testimonials
Thanks again for hosting an awesome week. Your coaches did an amazing job teaching new skills to the kids. Both of mine tried new sports and I think that experience is incredibly valuable. My daughter wants to play tennis with me now - thanks to you guys! My kids had an absolute blast. - Rachel
Thank you for a fantastic camp! I was worried when my son was not super happy I signed him up for “camp” ... BUT he had a really great time!! He also connected with several coaches and older South students helping out which was great as he will be attending South in the Fall. I commend you on being one of the most organized camps either of my have kids ever been to (and there have been A LOT!) I also loved that we could pay for lunch/snacks in advance! I have already recommended the camp to several friends and colleagues who have younger kids. Thanks again! - Kerri
