Growing up in New Westminster, Bryan always led an active life and had a strong passion for basketball. With prior experience working with youth and children in sports and recreation settings, Bryan pursued a career in education. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Coaching at Douglas College, followed by a Bachelor of Education with a teacher certification from SFU. Aside from his educational background, Bryan has also taught Hip Hop dance to a diverse group of adults, youth, and children. Currently, he teaches at a Middle School and serves as the head coach for the Gr. 8 Boys basketball team. In his spare time, Bryan continues to maintain an active lifestyle by working out and playing basketball recreationally.
